Born in Wawa Ontario in 1962. Wesley is First Nations, Ojibway from the Batchewana Band,  Sault Ste. Marie.

Focus on Fine Wood Art. All natural colours of wood domestic and imported,not using any paint or stain just clear finish. Most of  Wesley's work showcases Nature and Animals with Native Influence. All the wood is hand picked for colours and grain. Wesley starts with a hand drawn picture on a board. The boards are then cut,different colours interchanged,sanded and cut again many times. The pieces are raised and lowered to make the art come alive. No fancy equipment is used just a scroll saw, inflatable drum sander and Wes' artistic inspiration and talent. 

Wes is very pleased others enjoy his Art because it is his passion. Wes often wakes up dreaming of pictures and will stay up all night to draw.
